• Are you suffering from depression, anxiety, grief, confusion, anger, mood swings, low self- esteem, hopelessness, suicidal thoughts, or grief?

  • Are you beginning to think that you are not communicating well with anyone?

  • Do you find yourself sleeping too much, over-eating, losing weight, teary, or irritable, and you don’t know why?

  • Are you aware that your family is dysfunctional, but you don’t know what to do about it?

  • Are more of your days sad rather than happy?

If you answered “yes” to any of the above you may need psychotherapy.

As a psychotherapist, my goal is to help you move from living a dysfunctional life to living a functional one. I do this on an individual basis in my office. Sometimes I bring in family members to assist in the process. I pledge to always provide you with care that is of the highest professional and ethical standards. I will create an environment that is centered on honesty, compassion, dedication to mental health wellness and respect for all people.

My clients range in age from 14 to geriatrics. I see both males and females except for teenage boys.  It is my belief that they should be seen by a male therapist if at all possible. I treat people who are depressed, anxious, bi-polar, adult children of alcoholics, those dealing with unresolved grief, and those dealing with chronic illnesses. Medicare and most insurances cover my services.
