AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY

Diane Henderson, MSW, has devoted 30 plus years of her career to inspiring and empowering women.  Diane is a retired Psychotherapist and Seminar Leader who now works as a Transformational Coach and Reiki Master, as well as a wife, mother, and grandmother.

The number ONE reason women seek therapy is; “they don’t feel good enough”!  Diane has helped thousands of women across America learn how to “feel more than good enough” by providing tools that guide them toward living their lives with purpose, grace, and ways to communicate from strength and kindness.  This is Diane’s gift to the world.

She has a degree in psychology from NC State University, and a master’s in social work from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.   She has published Coaching Yourself Through Grief – A Self-Help Book for Widows and has written profound stories published in "Chicken Soup for the Soul".  She also moderates the Facebook group "Women Exploring Empowerment".

Diane’s heartfelt wish for you is that you will experience personal and spiritual growth as you read her book.
